Can anyone recommend a good online RPG?

Hi, I am looking for a good single or multi-player online RPG, preferably with anime-style art. Gameplay is more important than graphics; I have played both Maple Story and Wonderland and found them too imbalanced when it comes to leveling up. Either a downloaded client or browser-embedded flash game is fine. Thanks in advance.
