Where can I find the Archmage Robe on Fable 2?

I've been looking on every site but no one either say's where it is. Or only wrights the name but without any discription of the location. Please help :3

1. I see it pretty often in Westcliff stalls and the travelling merchants in fairfax gardens. I never saw it really early in the game though
