In Morrowind, I was expelled from the mages guild for something. I don't know why. Where is Archmage Trebonius

I've looked everywhere in Vivec to find him!!! Please could someone give me which building and what story he's in. That's the only way I can go back in.

1. Go to the Foreign Quater in Vivic and, without going in any doors, go to the top level of that Quarter by using the slopes. Then go in one of the big double doors into the Foreign Quater Plaza. Then go into the Mages Guild from there...he is in there.
