How to stop rebirth or reincarnation depending on which you believe in or both if you know?

To all of the Buddhists and those who know on the subject: How can I stop rebirth? If you don't believe in rebirth and you believe in reincarnation, how can I stop that?

1. Nirvana. Focus your mind, body, and spirit. Transcend your essence to reject worldly thoughts and desires. Once you do that, you need to focus on Parinirvana, or, Final Nirvana, in other words. You spend the rest of your life and sometimes future lives "working off" the bad karma you've already accumulated. And presto. You are no longer reborn.
2. Once you are on the other side of the veil by death, you have Free Choice above, as below, so you choose your destiny after human death. Spirit is eternal, whether in a human conciousness or not.
3. My personal belief is that if your good in life you get a coice whetehr your want to stay as a spirit or get reborn into a species of you choice. but if you are bad in life you keep getting reborn into worse and worse situations. so to prevent forced rebirth would, in my oppinion, be as simple as dont do anything majorly wrong in life
