Could it be that past life stories are influenced by what we see and read?

when you read a book about india , Africa or any place you feel as if you have lived in those places. its the same when you visit any place. what you see and read gets recorded in your mind. Dont you think that reincarnation and past life stories are a result of such actions? Lynne Could that have been the result of the medication you were given when you were in a coma?

2. If your question is are we just remembering things we read or saw then my answer is NO, I had a near death experience when I was about 10 years old & that was almost 40 years ago. Back then no one in my life talked about the things I experienced. I did not see it on TV or read about it. Yet, when you see or read about these expereiences now the people say the same thing I said, the saw a white light, tunnel etc. I was told about the death of my son because i was told I had to go back to life becase I had contracts & I didn't want to becasue it was so peaceful. They showed me my life. I never told anyone about the death of my son & it happened just the way they said even though I pushed this out of my mind & refused to believe it...I may have misunderstood your question though.
