in the MMORPG Perfect World, why does my utility charm only take blade charms? i want magic charms!?

my previous character took magic charms but this one takes blade charms why? how do i change it to magic charms or Elite Fury charms?

1. most charms have level or class restrictions, make sure you meet those restrictions. in the quickstart keys drag the magic or elite fury charm to an empty slot. right click on it. it should then populate the utility charm in your accessories dialog box. try dropping or selling the blade charm, and waiting til you reach the next level.
