how Do you create a free online pokemon RPG?

please tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but is there any way to do it free AND not having to download anything???? thanx

2. There are a couple of ways you can do this, but they take a long time. 1: You can create a powerpoint slideshow, incorporating action buttons to make a decision (such as choosing a pokemon, deciding on battle moves etc) but this would take an EXTREMELY long time and would result in you creating literally thousands of slides, which I'm sure you don't want. 2: You can use Flash. You can do a similar things (using free actionscript manuals from the internet to make random generators for battles), but it would be a lot more effective. Either way, you would have to spend a very long time on either option to make it work.
3. The best and easiest way of making an online RPG is to make it text based and all you need to do that is to make a forum page. The advantage to this is that there is no pre-defined parameters and with other real people interacting with yours it is a real fun thing to do.
